Yup! We offer international shipping around the world. We use GLS, DHL, TNT and SDA, the shipping will be calculated automatically in every order.
COLLABORS WITH WHOLESALERS?
No, we are a small business and we like to maintain a personal relationship with our customers. Selling through wholesalers would mean losing that connection.
You can buy from all over the world directly through our website or come and visit us personally.
HOW DO I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?
There is a size chart and a matching size guide on the page of each garment, specifically designed for the type of dress you wish to order, and if you have any doubts you can send us an e-mail at any time.
HOW DO I CONFIRM MY ORDER?
To order, you can simply choose a model and place your order. If you are interested in a custom design, write us and we can discuss options and pricing to find the perfect fit. We will then create a personalized advertisement for you through which you will confirm your purchase.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH SHIPPING COST?
If you add the dress you want to buy to your cart, you will find the shipping cost automatically calculated after you have entered your address and the destination country. The shipment takes place through the aforementioned services: at the time of sending it, we will send you the code through which you can track your package in real time.
ARE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ACCEPTED?
Yup! All of our dresses, unless otherwise specified before the order, are subject to reimbursement and exchange within 14 days of the order. Where applied, any customs and shipping costs will not be refunded and will be entirely at your expense.
MAKE SALE?
Each garment is made to order based on your specific measurements and your choice of color, so we never make a sale. I have no overstocks to get rid of, only fabrics waiting to be transformed into clothes.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
We have 2 different ways to buy our items:
Online: browsing our categories and looking for the products of your interest, click on "Add to cart" and specify the desired quantity. Once you have completed the selection of products, click on "Checkout" where you can see the products you have entered in the order and proceed to payment;
In person: go directly to the tailor shop between Martina Franca and Cisternino - Contrada Sisto, via Bari 18.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER I HAVE SENT?
If you need to change or cancel your order call us as soon as possible at no. 080 4317584 or send us an email to the address if the order has not yet been entrusted to the courier, we will proceed with the modification or eventual cancellation. Also enter a telephone number in the email, so that we can contact you if needed.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAIL. BECAUSE?
